Pennsylvania SPCA to reopen shelter in Lancaster this weekend

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) The Pennsylvania SPCA is reopening a shelter in Lancaster this weekend.

The Lancaster SPCA closed for financial reasons over the summer.

The Pennsylvania SPCA took over operations at the Mary K. Dano facility on Prince Street.

The shelter will be open from noon to six.
