Cold Chia Oats

Ingredients:

  • 64 oz. can of pineapple juice
  • 3 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of Chia seeds

Directions:

  • Mix all 3 ingredients
  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes
  • Top with your favorite combination of fresh or frozen fruit
