Healthy Cilantro Pesto Grilled Chicken Nachos

Cilantro Pesto:

  • 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

For the Nachos:

  • Whole Grain Chips
  • Cucumbers or Baked Potato Bites
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro Pesto
  • Black Beans
  • Cheese
  • Salsa
