A full-time W-2 outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.

Outside Event Marketing Representative

As an Outside Event Marketing Representative, you’ll be trained in all our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. This position is also the perfect entrance into all other aspects of our business.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Development and coordination of marketing strategies
  • Promotion of Bath Fitter’s products and services to prospective and existing clients

Call Center Rep

What you’ll do:

As an Inside Sales Agent in our corporate call center you will be responsible for appointment generation and support of all of our territories. Your main responsibility will be to mine and manage the internal customer database. This database is created for you by our outside marketing department. You will be responsible for making outbound calls as well as receiving inbound Inquiries from potential customers. Over the course of your career, there are multiple growth opportunities including but not limited to department management, transferring to other departments or becoming a remodeling consultant within our sales division.

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Daily telephone interaction with our database of customers and prospects
  • Promotion of our products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Generation of appointments for our outside sales division
  • Ongoing department meetings and training
