HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police have identified a 19-year-old Harrisburg woman who died in a single-vehicle crash late Wednesday on Interstate 83.
Nadia Rodriguez was a passenger in a vehicle that was traveling at a high rate of speed on I-83 South. The driver struck a concrete barrier and guide rail before overturning near the airport exit in Swatara Township just before midnight, state police in Harrisburg said in a news release.
Harrisburg police said the vehicle, a 2004 Honda, was stolen from a pizza delivery man who was beaten and robbed in the 1700 block of Regina Street about an hour before the crash.
They said they are still investigating how the driver gained access to the vehicle.
