The Garlic Poet Talks Aquaponics

Kurt Wewer, Executive Chef at the Garlic Poet (located in New Cumberland) was here today not only to cook us up a delicious example of the Poet’s work, but also to explain the aquaponic technology responsible for many of the ingredients!

“Responsibly sourcing our food has always been important to us, but we recently came upon a way to grow our own food, cut down on air pollution, cut back on water usage, and grow faster; aquaponics,” tells Chef Kurt.
