Carrie has a few slow-cooker dinner recipes under her belt now so she though she’d step up to a new challenge– dessert! This time, she’s showing us how to make a slow-cooker Gooey Brownie Cake!
Gooey Brownie Cake:
-1 1/2 sticks melted butter
-1 1/2 cups sugar
-2/3 cup sweetened cocoa powder
-1/3 cup flour
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-3 large eggs
-1 pinch of kosher salt
-1/2 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chunks.
*Cook on low for 3 hours; serve with ice cream!
