4 charged after drug investigation in Lebanon

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – The Lebanon County Drug Task Force has announced the arrest of four people after an investigation into drug activity last month.

Authorities conducted surveillance at a residence in the 800 block of East Guilford Street in Lebanon and said they witnessed actions consistent with drug activity.

Janelle Klahr, 28, had intentions to deliver heroin to 36-year-old Heather Skill and 46-year-old George Winkler Jr., according to investigators.

An amount of 30 bags of heroin originated with 26-year-old Thomas Remlinger, authorities said.

Klahr was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Remlinger was charged with the same offense as Klahr.

Winkler was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was in possession of ten used syringes used for injecting heroin.

Skill was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was in possession of 22 syringes used for injection heroin.
