York shooting injures 2

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) –Police in York city are investigating a double shooting.

It happened just before 1:30 Thursday morning along the 800 block of Poplar Street for a shooting.

When police arrived at the scene, they found 25-year-old Ernest Crosby at his home. He had been shot in the foot.

He was taken to York Hospital and is in stable condition.

Police say they found a second victim was found in the alley behind the home. He had been shot four times, hit in the forearm, back, buttocks, and groin.

The identity of the second victim has not been confirmed.

Police say Crosby reported the incident as a home invasion.
