HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Capitol police say a routine traffic stop led them to the discovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Terrance K. Miller, 32, has been charged in Sunday’s incident near the intersection of 7th and Herr Streets.

Police say they smelled marijuana when Miller was asked to get out the car. During a search of the vehicle, police found approximately 2.5 pounds of marijuana in three opened vacuum seal bags, a digital pocket scale, empty sandwich bags containing marijuana residue and $400.

Miller is facing a list of charges, including felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
