Tips sought in store theft caught on camera

ELIZABETHVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a thief who shoplifted a cart full of merchandise from the Elizabethville Walmart.

State police in Lykens on Thursday released surveillance photos of their suspect.

Investigators said the man at around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday removed $485 worth of items from the shelves, placed them in the shopping cart, and left the store without paying.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lykens station at 717-362-8700 and reference incident PA16-951442.
