Man arrested after Lower Allen home invasion

CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) – Police say a man armed with a gun was looking for a safe when he broke into a home overnight in Lower Allen Township.

Terron Doswell, of New Cumberland, believed the safe was stolen by someone inside the home on Kelton Road, police said in a news release Thursday.

Officers responded to the home just after 12:30 a.m. after they were alerted from a person who said their friend sent them a text stating someone was at their home with a gun.

Police found Doswell inside the home with four teens who he allegedly threatened to shoot.

Doswell is in Cumberland County Prison on $100,000 bail.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lower Allen Township Police Department at 717-238-9676.
