Lebanon man charged in child porn investigation

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lebanon man is facing child sex abuse charges after investigators say they discovered child pornography on his computer.

Troy Whitman, 38, was arraigned Wednesday on 25 counts of sexual abuse of children.

State police say they were alerted in October by a CyberTip report made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Investigators conducted a search of Whitman’s laptop in October and found ten images of child porn were found. Additional photos were later located on Whitman’s harddrive.

Whitman is in Lebanon County Prison on $25,000 bail.
