HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Harrisburg man pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony drug charges stemming from an undercover operation by police earlier this year.

Ralph L. Roberson, 25, was arrested after he sold 30 bags of heroin to police informants in the area of 13th and Swatara streets in Harrisburg on March 22, authorities said.

Police officers searched Roberson at the time of his arrest and found 180 bags of heroin hidden in his underwear. The drugs were in a bag that was tied around his genitals, according to police.

Roberson was sentenced to 21 to 48 months in state prison after he entered a guilty plea before Dauphin County Judge Scott Arthur Evans to charges of unlawful delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin and criminal use of a communication facility.
