LEBANON, Pa., (WHTM) – The Lebanon County Drug Task Force has announced the arrests of three people on heroin dealing charges.
Joseph A. Golembewski, 54, was arrested Nov. 30 after authorities said he had 92 bags of heroin with a street value of $900. The task force says Golembewski was delivering 2 bundles, or 20 bags of heroin, to a North Annville Township address when he was stopped.
He was placed in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $75,000 bail.
Investigators allege Golembewski obtained the heroin from Jacqueline Maldonado-Marte, and when they searched her house on Dec. 1 they found five bags of cocaine in the home and one bag on her.
Maldonado-Marte, 39, had been released on $150,000 bail and an ankle monitor after similar charges from a June 2016 arrest. Her bail has been increased to $500,000.
Authorities said the third person, 39-year-old Jorge Luis Aponte-Ortiz, sold a bundle of heroin for $100 to a task force informant on Sept. 25. He was arrested Dec. 1 and ordered held in the county jail on $500,000 bail.
