DUI driver leads police on chase through multiple counties

CAMPBELLTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – A 37-year-old New Jersey man was driving under the influence when police say he led them on a chase through Lebanon, Dauphin, and Lancaster counties.

Christopher Breen is facing a list of charges regarding Monday night’s incident that began in Palmyra.

South Londonderry police attempted to stop Breen for a traffic violation, but say he took off in a Chevy Trail Blazer that was later determined to be stolen out of Philadelphia.

Breen was taken into custody in Lancaster County after police deployed stop sticks.

His charges include felony fleeing and eluding, possession of a stolen vehicle, and DUI.

South Londonderry police were assisted by state police, Derry Township police, Northwest Regional police, and Middletown police.
