1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayo
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Combine artichoke hearts, mayo and cheese.
3. Spread into a 9×13 baking dish and bake 15-20 minutes
Serve with baguettes. Or, if you are really aiming for quick and easy, toss some tortilla chips in a bowl.
(You can spice this up with spinach, sun dried tomato, garlic, lemon, or any herb or extra veggie. Also, use any dish you want! Another perk of this easy recipe: if you don’t have enough to make a full dish, you can use whatever you have. Just match the proportions of mayo and Parmesan).
