Carlisle police seek dealer who delivered fatal dose of heroin

CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) – Carlisle police are investigating a fatal drug overdose and ask anyone who may know who the dealer is to come forward.

Julia Diffenbaugh was pronounced dead from an apparent heroin overdose on Nov. 20, police said

Investigators are seeking the dealer who sold her the heroin. Information will be kept confidential.

Cumberland County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information leading to arrests. Diffenbaugh’s family may also contribute a reward for the right information, police said.
