Company in York County to lay off nearly 200 employees

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – A direct mail business in York County is handing the pink slip to nearly 200 of its employees.

Quad Graphics says 186 employees will be out of work when its West Manchester Township plant closes on February 1.

The company says it will consolidate its operation into a facility in New Jersey.

The same plant closed in 2010 when it was operated by Vertis Communications.
