HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – An effort led by Green Party candidate Jill Stein to recount election votes in Pennsylvania is making its way to court.

Court papers filed Monday indicate that results produced by electronic voting machines could’ve been manipulated by malware.

Commonwealth Court will consider a recount in Pennsylvania during a December 5 hearing, according to a court order issued Tuesday.

The hearing is set to begin at 10 a.m. in the Pennsylvania Judicial Center in Harrisburg.

Stein, who trailed significantly behind Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton, has raised $6 million for recount efforts in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan.

All three states, which have traditionally voted Democrat, went to Trump by less than a 100,000 votes.
