Bus crash causes power outage at Camp Curtin school

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A CAT bus crashed into a utility pole this morning, causing a power outage at Camp Curtin Elementary School.

Students at the school near 6th and Division streets in Harrisburg were dismissed around 8:45 a.m. Monday.

Based on a preliminary investigation, the driver lost consciousness just before he struck three parked cars and the utility pole on the west side of Division Street.

One person was transported to a nearby hospital for injuries.
