Red Cross assisting 2 after Susquehanna Township fire

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Crews battled heavy flames Friday morning at a home in Susquehanna Township.


Smoke from the fire on Beaufort Hunt Drive could be seen from miles away.

According to Susquehanna Township Fire Marshall George Drees, the cause of the fire is accidental.

Damages total at about $120,000.

One firefighter suffered a burned hand and is receiving treatment.

The American Red Cross is assisting two adults following the fire.
