HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – PPL Electric Utilities says electricity has been restored to thousands of customers affected by a brief power outage Wednesday afternoon in Cumberland County.

About 20,000 customers were without electricity around 12:45 p.m., according to the utility’s website. Only 7,000 customers remained without power by 1:10 p.m. and only two customers were still affected at 1:30 p.m.
