LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Northern Lancaster Regional Police arrested and charged a Clay Township man for a domestic incident.
Officers were called to a home on Perseverance Lane in Clay Township for a reported active domestic call. When police arrived they spoke to an adult female victim that had recent signs of physical injury, bruising and swelling on various parts of her body.
Police say the victim’s husband, Michael Thomas Gallagher is believed to have caused the injuries, and punched numerous holes in the wall of the residence. Gallagher was taken into custody and charged with two counts of simple assault and stalking.
