LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A man is charged in Lancaster County with giving alcohol to minors after an undercover operation by police.
Investigators received a tip from an administrator at Lancaster Catholic High School that someone in the area was selling alcohol to minors.
Lancaster resident Nathan Rozell, 33, was identified as the suspect.
An undercover officer, who posed as a 17-year-old, arranged to meet with Rozell in a Manheim Township parking lot. Vodka purchased at a nearby liquor store was given to the undercover officer by Rozell, police said.
Officers said they also witnessed Rozell selling alcohol to a pair of teenagers.
Rozell was charged with two counts of corruption of minors, two counts of furnishing alcohol to minors and one count of criminal attempt to furnish alcohol to minors.
