HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A former Central Dauphin High School teacher is accused of having sexually assaulted a student.
William D. Buck, 41, was charged Monday with felony counts of institutional sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and indecent assault in connection with the February 2016 incident.
According to a criminal report, Buck was alone in a classroom with the female student discussing his private life. He then “embraced the victim and kissed her on the neck.”
Court documents indicate that the girl, who was 17 at the time, pulled away and left the classroom. She later spoke to her mother about what happened.
The school district says Buck is no longer an employee at the school.
