CHAMBERSBURG, Pa – (WHTM) – State police in Franklin County made an unexpected DUI arrest Friday afternoon when the suspect motored out to meet them.

Police say 29-year-old Luke Kenneth McGahen drove himself to the Chambersburg barracks to be fingerprinted for a prior DUI arrest.  While authorities handled the fingerprinting, they believed McGahen was intoxicated again.

After viewing security video of McGahen driving to the barracks, they filed another DUI charge against McGahen.

A date for his latest preliminary hearing has not been set.
