LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man serving 10-20 years for the rape of an 11-year-old girl will serve more time for sexually abusing a second girl.

Phillip Langley, 38, was ordered to serve an additional 9-20 years as part of a plea agreement, according to District Attorney Craig Stedman’s office.

After Langley was sentenced for the first assault in 2013, a second girl came forward to report abuse between 2003 and 2011, beginning when she was 9 years old.
