EPHRATA, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man is charged with delivering heroin to an Ephrata resident who died of an overdose.

Ramon A. Beachy, 32, sold heroin to a 44-year-old man who died at a hospital June 16, borough police said in a news release.

A toxicology test revealed multiple drugs in the man’s system, including heroin and fentanyl.

Beachy, of Ephrata, admitted to dealing heroin to support his own addiction, police said.
