2 charged in York heroin bust

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Two people are facing charges after they were caught with nearly $6,000 worth of heroin inside a York apartment, police said.

Rodney Hollabaugh, 60, of York, and Kelly Lotz, 48, of Mt. Holly Springs, were arrested Wednesday at the home on South Pine Street.

Members of the York City police narcotics unit executed a search warrant and discovered $5,800 worth of heroin, a .22 caliber handgun, and paraphernalia.

Hollabaugh is charged with possession with the intent to deliver heroin, receiving stolen property, and persons not to possess.

Lotz is charged with possession of paraphernalia.
