Woman dies in York County crash

NEW FREEDOM, Pa. (WHTM) – A woman is dead following a Wednesday afternoon crash in York County.

The crash happened around 2 p.m. in the area of the 6000 block of Steltz Road in Codorus Township.

According to a coroner’s release, the woman’s vehicle left the roadway, rolled over and struck a tree.

The victim, who has yet to be identified pending the notification of family members, died at the scene.

There will be no autopsy.
