Man arrested for Lebanon burglary also wanted in New Hampshire

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – Police in Lebanon say a man charged with burglary is also wanted in New Hampshire on bribery charges.

According to police, 43-year-old Michael Rodriguez was observed by a witness loading items into a cart from a garage of a home on North Eighth Street.

The witness called police, who say the found Rodriguez in the act of loading the times.

Police learned he was wanted by police in New Hampshire for bribery and conspiracy to commit bribery.

Authorities say Rodriguez was also wanted in Lebanon County for failing to appear on possession with intent to deliver controlled substances charges.

Rodriguez was arraigned and placed in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail for the burglary charges and $50,000 bail on the fugitive from justice charges.
