HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Republican state Rep. Mike Regan is moving to the state Senate.

Regan won a three-way contest for the 31st Senate District in Tuesday’s election. He defeated Democrat Dr. John Bosha, a pharmacist from East Pennsboro Township, and Ken Gehosky, a high school teacher in the West Shore School District.
