Man pleads guilty to steroid possession at Messiah College

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A man charged with drug possession at Messiah College pleaded guilty to charges against him.

Josip Kapular, of Camp Hill, was arrested last December after police responded to his Messiah College dorm room.

Officers discovered 22 vials of liquid steroids, 73 capsules of steroids, several containers of marijuana residue and several bottles of alcohol.

Kapular was charged with possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, as well as underage drinking.

According to Upper Allen Township police, Kapular pleaded guilty Wednesday at Magisterial District Judge Martin’s office.
