Hillary Clinton makes star-studded stop in Pennsylvania

PHILADELPHIA (WHTM) – Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton held a rally Monday night with some big names.

There were musicians and a message during the rally in front of Independence Hall.

First, Jon Bon Jovi performed, saying  “There is no one man or woman more qualified to be President of these United States than Hillary Clinton.”

Up next, the “Boss”, Bruce Springsteen, who railed on Donald Trump. “Tomorrow, those and ideas and that campaign is going down,” Springsteen said.

The night then belonged to the Clintons and Obamas. Chelsea Clinton took the stage first, saying, “I am so fiercely and apologetically proud of my mom.”

“It will be a change election and we have to decide do we move forward together or backwards,” Bill Clinton said. “I think you know what the answer is gonna be.”

“In just a few hours, we have the power to make her the next President. How amazing is that?” Michelle Obama said.

President Obama talked about Trump, saying, “Over the weekend, his campaign took away his Twitter account because he’s erratic. If his closest advisers don’t trust him to tweet, how can we trust him with the nuclear code?”

Then, the lady of the hour, Hillary Clinton, who hopes in the coming hours to become the first woman President.

“We hope to be a hopeful and inclusive nation where every person can succeed to their god given potential. To demonstrate conclusively that love trumps hate, go out and vote. Thank you very much Philadelphia,” she said.
