BELLFONTE, Pa. (WHTM) Jerry Sandusky is expected back in court as his lawyers continue to fight to get his charges dismissed or get a new trial.

The man identified as “victim 2” in court documents is expected to testify. He is the focus of Sandusky’s grounds to appeal. His lawyers believe that prosecutors hid information about the man because his account did not help their case. Prosecutors don’t believe the man set to testify is “victim 2”

Friday’s hearing is at 1:30 pm. at the Centre County Courthouse.
