Many locations warmed into the 70s yesterday and today will once again be mild ahead of a cold front. This cold front doesn’t have a lot of moisture with it so don’t expect a ton of rain today. In fact, a stray shower here and there is probably about it. The best chance to see a shower or two (and even a rumble of thunder) would be early this afternoon. As the front moves through, winds will pick up and it will become blustery and cooler by this evening.
Tomorrow will be pleasant with sunshine, but cooler and blustery conditions will persist. Highs will only be in the mid 50s, dropping by about 15 degrees from the previous two days. The weekend will be seasonable and dry with highs in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. It should be a nice first weekend of November. The Penn State game Saturday night will be clear and crisp as the Lions take on Iowa. Enjoy the warm air while it lasts, because we may finally see a shift into a more seasonable fall for the middle of November. Stay tuned!
