2 cars stolen in Dover Township

DOVER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police say two vehicles were stolen from separate homes in Dover Township between Monday night and Tuesday morning.

A silver 2012 Volkswagen Jetta and a dark gray 2012 Toyota Sienna minivan were stolen from driveways in the 2600 block of Victorian Drive, Northern York County Regional police said.

The key fob for the push button start VW was left inside the car and the key to the Toyota was left in another unlocked vehicle at the home, police said.

The VW was taken between 10 p.m. and 2:25 a.m. and the Toyota was stolen between 9:30 p.m. and 7:20 a.m.

Neither vehicle has been recovered.

Police said there were numerous thefts from unlocked vehicles in the same neighborhood during the same time period.
