HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) A Giant Foods nutritionist visited the abc27 kitchen to talk about healthy Halloween snacks.
Shanna Shultz said when preparing snacks get everyone involved including kids. She said it is also good to choose foods from a variety of food groups for balance.
Shutlz made banana ghosts with chocolate chips for the eyes and mouth. She stuck them in a grave yard that had coconut shavings died green for grass.
Shultz made “Candy Corn” parfaits out of pineapple topped with clementine segments and whipped cream.
