Wellness Wednesday: Cancer-Preventing Smoothie

Nadia Sharifi from Trimline Weight Loss joined us once again in our first-ever Wellness Wednesday segment with a recipe for a cancer-preventing smoothie! Get the recipe below:

Prevent Cancer Smoothie

  • 2 large handfuls of kale or spinach
  • 1 cup of Strawberries (mix blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
  • 1-½ cups of coconut water (OR coconut milk, Almond milk)
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon of fiber powder
  • Ice cubes

Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!
