STEVENS, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man is facing charges following a crash Monday morning.
A crash was reported to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department shortly before 8 a.m. in the area of 1928 West Main St. (Route 322) in Clay Township.
One person fled from a vehicle involved in the crash and ran to a nearby building, according to police. The person returned to the crash scene after trying to hide a bag.
Police then identified and arrested 27-year-old Shawn Reppert of Lititz at the scene.
Officers located a bag containing 13 bundles of heroin packets, a small bag with a white crystal-like content, a small bag with a white powder, syringes, a ceramic marijuana pipe and a digital scale.
Reppert was charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a small amount of marijuana, hit and run of an occupied vehicle and tampering with evidence.
