Former Adams County man, D.C. fire lieutenant sentenced on child porn charges

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A former Adams County man who was a fire lieutenant in Washington, D.C. has been sentenced for receiving child pornography.

Earl Greg Walker, 53, pleaded guilty in June to receiving child pornography at his home in Adams County between 2011 and 2012.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced Thursday Walker was sentenced to 87 months in prison.

Over 1,000 Skype chat messages with minor Russian females and three teenage girls in the United States were found when investigators examined Walker’s computer. Additional files containing minor females engaging in sexual acts were also found.

D.C. Fire placed Walker on administrative leave earlier this year.
