Teen wanted for shooting at high school football game arrested

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A teenager wanted in a shooting last month at a high school football game in York has been arrested.

United States Marshals and officers with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office took 15-year-old Stephon Damieen Brown into custody Friday at a home in the 200 block of Nevin Street.

Brown is accused of opening fire Sept. 9 in the parking lot of the football stadium at William Penn Senior High School, wounding two people.

He is charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault, a felony count of possessing a firearm without a license, a misdemeanor count of possessing a firearm as a minor, three felony counts of criminal mischief and 2,000 misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment.

Brown was transported back to York County after his arrest.
