Man charged with attempted homicide in Lancaster arrested in Harrisburg

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A man charged with attempted homicide for a shooting in the city Wednesday night has been arrested.

Lowell T. Foster, 20, is accused of shooting another man inside a home in the 600 block of South Queen Street. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of a single gunshot wound.

The U.S. Marshal’s Service arrested Foster near 13th and Derry Street in Harrisburg on Thursday.

Police said Foster knew the victim and was arguing with him.
