Man wanted for shooting in Lancaster

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are looking for a man they’ve charged with attempted homicide for a shooting in the city Wednesday night.

Lowell T. Foster, 20, is accused of shooting another man inside a home in the 600 block of South Queen Street. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of a single gunshot wound.

Police said Foster knew the victim and was arguing with him. They were told another person gave Foster the gun just before the shooting. His accomplice has not been identified.

Foster’s last known address is in Manor Township. Police said the gun he used has not been recovered so Foster may be armed.
