First holiday baby is a winner

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Franklin County newborn has kept a Chambersburg Hospital tradition alive.

Valerie Sue Lynch was born Monday. She’s the daughter of Sharlean Doucette and Stephen Lynch of Needmore.

As the first baby born at the hospital on Columbus Day, Sharlean wins a gift card from the local Chambersburg Knights of Columbus.

Presenting the gift card to the family was Dr. Anthony Patterson of Summit Primary Care and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
