CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) – A man is facing charges in Carlisle after police say he punched a window, causing pieces of glass to fall onto the bed of a sleeping child.
A female victim went to the Carlisle Police Department late Tuesday night to report an ongoing incident in the first block of East Louther Street.
Damion Davis, 38, returned to the home after he was told multiple times not to, according to police.
After causing a scene inside, Davis went outside onto the sidewalk and punched a front window, police said. Pieces of the window fell onto a bed where a 3-year-old child was sleeping.
The victim also told police she received 32 phone calls from Davis during the day.
Police charged Davis with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief and defiant trespass.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
