Man suspected of making crystal meth arrested in Cumberland County

LEMOYNE, Pa. (WHTM) – An ongoing investigation on the West Shore has resulted in a man facing drug charges related to the manufacturing of crystal methamphetamine.

Authorities in Cumberland County executed a search warrant around 6 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Market Street in Lemoyne.

Scotty Allen Osterman, 29, was arrested after police say they found him in the process of making suspected crystal meth.

Police also found suspected heroin at the home.

Osterman was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, risking catastrophe, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $50,000 and he was taken to Cumberland County Prison.
