STEWARTSTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – A York County man is headed to trial on charges he shot and killed two people during a home invasion robbery last month.

Paul Henry, 40, was held for court after a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

Police say Henry fatally shot 31-year-old Foday Cheeks and 26-year-old Danielle Taylor during a Sept. 13 robbery at Cheeks’ house in Fawn Township. Taylor lived in Spring Grove.

Two other women and two boys, ages 12 and 14, were in the house at the time of the shooting. The witnesses told police that after the shooting, the intruders took their cell phones, ordered them to keep their heads down, and searched the house for drugs.

Henry’s wife, 32-year-old Veronique Henry, was also charged in the killings. She died after hanging herself in the York County Prison two days later.
