LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Molly’s Pub employee has been arrested for severely beating a man outside the bar on Christmas morning.
Raymond J. Lee, 39, was arrested in Shelby County, Kentucky last month and returned to Lancaster on Sunday, police said. He was arraigned and jailed on charges of aggravated assault, hindering apprehension, and criminal conspiracy.
His bail at the Lancaster County Prison was set at $250,000.
Authorities say Lee, bar owner Anthony Maglietta, and three others punched and kicked a 30-year-old man until he was unconscious. The assault occurred outside the bar in the 200 block of East Chestnut Street.
Maglietta, Joshua Ellis, Alexander Rodriguez-Cruz, and Francisco G. Camacho are already awaiting trial.
Maglietta also is accused of obstructing the investigation and tampering with evidence. Police said he told investigators his surveillance camera didn’t record the attack, but the video showed him, Lee and two others assaulting the man.
